Aluminium clamps

We manufacture and supply the aluminium clamps compatible with the Bison 250mm chucks/master jaws.

The clamp range is from 20mm to 600mm and several accessories are available to get the best possible grip between the clamp and the material.

Each set needs 3 clamps, one for each master jaw.

Set 1) 20 – 250mm

The first set can range 20 to 250mm and have several accessories available. This clamp is reversible, meaning that it can be rotated for selection the clamping range.

Rotating the clamp, the clamping range from 160 to 250 becomes available:

To improve the gripping area on the 20-250 clamps accessories where made that are easily bolted into the clamps.

Also, improved clamping can be obtained with the accessories 160-190 and 190-220. The accessories are bolted directly to the main body of the clamp without the need to remove the clamp from the chuck :

Set 2) 55 – 105mm

The clamps 55-105 provide very good grip on the range 55-80 and 80-105. This range is very common on the seal dimensions therefor if many seals are made within this range, they are a good option.

To extend the clamping range, the accessory 20-55 was created that is bolted on the clamp end.
