Software can show a profile dimensions in metric or imperial. To choose in what system the dimensions are presented, just press the option that is present in any profile:
In the example above the profile is shown in imperial dimensions.
Pressing the bottom, the same profile is shown in metric dimensions.
Imperial dimensions as decimals values
Optionally the dimensions values, can also be displayed as decimals. In the visual settings the option to change how the imperial settings are presented can be found:
