Several profiles, especially on small cross sections, have by default a radius between 0.2 and 0.5mm on the front groove.
Those grooves require then a tool with R0.2mm.
If you do not have such a tool, you can force the software to generate the profile with a larger radius (0.4mm). This option should be used temporarily as smaller radius geometries make more sense on small cross section seals. The option, located on the machining tab, under the tool section was added:
As a example the below profiles were generated first without the option set (no restriction on the radius) then with the restriction.
