In some computers the simulation hangs, leaving the software on a unusable situation. Normally this is related with a poor hardware or some hardware incompatibility.
This is happens please change the default settings (shown below) to less demanding settings.
As an example of less demanding settings the below could be tested. Others configurations are also possible. Please use the one that have the best performance on your hardware.
Do not forget to save the settings before testing the new simulation settings
