The rules are the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Standard DXF file<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only one layer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only lines and arcs are accepted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Profile shape must be closed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maximum 100 elements can define the profile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Profile must be made on the correct XY position that is then translated for XZ axis, this is it must be made on the CAD software on the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Quadrant_(plane_geometry)\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Quadrant_(plane_geometry)\" target=\"_blank\">second quadrant<\/a> of the cartesian xy coordinate system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>File size should be below 200Kb. A larger file size will probably mean that one of the previous rules are not respected<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Although restrictive, the described rules do not limit any valid profile as all shapes can be drawn even with this rule set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tip:<\/strong> We often use <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.qcad.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">QCad<\/a> software that can be freely used to draw the profiles (download available).
