1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers residing in the European Union have the right to cancel or withdraw from an order within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods or signing up for services, without providing any justification.

3. Refund Conditions

• Physical Goods: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.
• Digital Products / Services: If a service has been completely performed before the expiration of 14 days with your prior explicit consent, the right of withdrawal is waived once performance has begun.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective or incorrect upon delivery, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return or cancellation is received and verified, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card via Wise) within 5 to 10 business days.
